Details of the program :

> 14:00 - 15:00 - Round Table "Solving the antagonism of the digital transition at the local level"

Overconsumption of energy, pollution, destruction of resources, such are the feats of arms of the digital economy. Awareness of these issues is growing, as are the figures for environmental impact. Digital pollution results mainly from the manufacture of electronic equipment (computers, tablets, smartphones). At the time of 5G and the multiplication of sensors in smart cities, local authorities have the double challenge of also learning to slow down, to recycle. To be the guarantors of the ecological transition by sanctioning those who pollute, do not reuse or recycle and by training citizens and elected officials in responsible digital, to adopt and disseminate eco-conscious behaviors.
